About me

I am a trained personal trainer and dietitian, and also have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and an ongoing master's degree in mental health and substance abuse. I am passionate about physical activity as a tool to improve our mental health. I think it is important to have balance in everyday life, and realistic goals that create lasting results. Together we avoid shortcuts, but develop a plan that is feasible, fun and educational. As your Coach, it is my role to give you the support you need to be able to implement the plan we have developed, and in this way you can become the most awesome version of yourself.
With over 15 years of experience in strength training, where I have competed in powerlifting, armwesling, crossfit, and half marathon, as well as having a solid academic background, I have a versatile approach. I combine training, dietary guidance, mental training and including individual conversations.
My work experience ranges from group training and personal training to having led projects in the mental health field. I have also worked in child protection, substance abuse treatment and psychiatry. My passion is promoting activity and mental health, and I believe that continuous effort is the key to long-term results.

I will send you a link with an invitation to our app. Here you will find all plans, progress and you can also use this app to communicate with me via a chat function, which has a maximum response time of 24 hours.

I will contact you within 24 hours, and we will have a non-binding chat about your goals and wishes.
After the talk, I will start tailoring your plan.
